TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT

Under Contract to Close

  • Provide transaction checklist for office and agent

  • Submit paperwork to Agent’s office

  • Obtain and follow up on signatures for disclosures

  • Dates and Deadline reminders sent to Agent

  • E-Calendar and Intro sent to client, lender and Agent

  • Ensure earnest money received

  • Schedule Inspections 

  • Intro email to other agent/title/lender

  • For buyers - send contract to lender

  • For Sellers - send contract to title and request HOA docs if necessary

  • Send Title Commitment to client

  • Check on Status of Loan

  • Check on Appraisal Status

  • Create Inspection Objection/Resolution under direction of Agent

  • Collect Due Diligence Documents 

  • Set Closing location/time and send confirmations

  • CDA Request prepared

  • Review settlement statements

  • Schedule final walk thru

  • Obtain closing documents and submit to agent office and file

  • Change Status in MLS/IRES

  • Provide Agent with full copy of transaction documentation
